About Us
Our adult day center is in Onalaska WI. Welcome people from nearby communities, such as La Crosse, Sparta, Holmen, West Salem, Tomah, Richland Center, and Black River Falls. If you are in the area, we will be happy to give you a tour of our facilities and talk with you about what you have to offer.

Coulee Region Adult Day Care is an adult care facility located in Onalaska, WI. We serve adults with all levels of disabilities as well as elderly individuals. Our caring team of skilled staff work hard to give the best care in the area.
