About Us
Our adult day center is in Onalaska WI. Welcome people from nearby communities, such as La Crosse, Sparta, Holmen, West Salem, Tomah, Richland Center, and Black River Falls. If you are in the area, we will be happy to give you a tour of our facilities and talk with you about what you have to offer.
We are a state-certified facility that accepts Western Wisconsin Cares, Long Term Care Insurance, IRIS, and private pay. Take a look at how our staff feel about working at our facility.
