The Coulee Region Adult Day Center is located in Onalaska, Wisconsin. Our facility has federal, state or county certifications and is devoted to providing exceptional care and support to all of our clients. We provide full-service adult day care including daily programs and activities that are goal focused, personal cares, meal/snack provisions and medication dispensing. Our staff are highly trained and dedicated, offering a 1-to-4 ratio of staff to clients. Our day center provides a family of services that is ever expanding to meet the needs and help promote wellness, independence and connectivity for our clients.
